2022 September Demonstrations

Originally planned as 15 minute demonstrations of processing honey at 5 stations dealing with Oil Seed Rape Honey, Heather Honey, using the Association extractor, producing creamed honey and how to deal with scrap wax developed into the most rewarding evening that we have experienced for a long time. Two hours later we were gasping for a cuppa and we still hadn't heard about creaming honey which was abandoned.

Full of anticipation for the evening ahead.
